What about a course of somesort. Does philosophy, psychology, crimminology interest you?...painting, martial arts, guitar, a team sport perhaps?
You live in Europe, i am imagining there is so much to explore although i can see that, that can easily be taken for granted in the city in which you live.
The world is a pretty big place and since you have mentioned your thing right now is searching on here, search elsewhere on line , there are thousands of ideas, groups ect....
SOMETHING will capture your interest and once youve achieved that, that will help you get out there to talk about it.....
