Dr. Theresa1991....you should take over the group!

This is something I often wonder about. I have a former therapist that has a master degree and a shelf full of books, but didn't help me much at all in person. I got more out of reading her blog than I did with therapy. It could be some therapists have memorized concepts but don't know how to work with a client and really understand people.
