Another one people say that I find dismissive is "Aaaannnnyyyywwwwaaaayyyy". I share your sentiments about people showing, or appearing to show they don't care about what you're saying. For me personally, that signals the end of communications and probably the last time I discuss anything of importance with that person.

I too need to work on not writing people off and resenting their presence due to catch phrases they may not intend to offend with.
