Hi Moonkin, I'm so sorry this has happened to you. I hope you and your T can work together to find a solution. Do your parents understand how important therapy is to you and how much it is helping? Can you contribute some of your money toward the out of pocket cost? (I don't know how old you are, so sorry if this is completely not possible!) Maybe, as others have suggested, your reset date is just around the corner (January 1). One thing that is interesting is that for both my husband and my insurance plans, from completely different companies, for 2008, our number of mental health outpatient visits increased dramatically. My husband's was 12 visits per year and mine was 20, and they both went up to 50! maybe this will be true for your plan also. (Even so, my insurance won't pay a cent for my T, but that's another sad story...) Good luck sorting this out! If you are a minor, I think your parents should be involved in any financial discussions with you and your T.
