Is there anyway to have your Dr. order Adderall, but at a slightly higher or lower amount of either l-isomer or d-isomer?

Adderall helps soo much!, however I overfocus on it like speed(but not as much) and wish it helped me with time management the way cocaine hydrochloride tends to. (From an obvective medical/scientific vewipoint).
