This I know - or did.
It took 40 years and being trapped together in a blizzard to sort things out.
We were forced into the position of being brutally honest and for the first time I aggressivley advocated for myself. It turned out my brother had no idea of the pain he was causing. He was simply following the same pattern of behavior he had since childhood - behavior that had never been corrected by our parents or others that should have done so. Don't let this continue that long.
Am I correct in that you are school aged and living at home?
My suggestion is to go to your school guidance councelor or even principal. They can arrange for a psychologist to step in if warranted. They can also have a chat with your parents. If you have no one to turn to at school there are other resources for you like your doctor or church if you attend one. Try perhaps calling the kids/teens helpline specific to your area (google it).
Regarding your doctor, I believe 16yrs is the standard age for making personal medical choices. This includes the legal requirement for privacy - your doctor cannot discuss this with your parents unless you give him/her permission
