I've been moving for 25yrs to find flat with peace+quiet;
thought had found it in one I'm in now,but downstairs
neighbour has started to bang his door,and landlord says
it's his right,its a 'living noise'. I am devastated and in deep
depression at thought of moving AGAIN . . . .God help
me! And the sleep-deprivation is killing me.
