((Hugs)) I'm so sorry that life is overwhelming for you right now. I'm sure many here can relate. I've done the same numerous times and the last time I had to stay in the hospital because it caused a heart problem. Then I was shipped off to IP. You should discuss this with pdoc and maybe they can give you something to cope with the stress. Hope you feel better!!
