Elio, good grief and flippin' heck!!!! I hadn't realised this essential med was so expensive!!!  :~(((( :~(((( :~((((
My ''husband'' (FTM) had this treatment for decades, at the time, one intramuscular every 2 weeks and when his Dr, the only Psych Dr working with transgender at the time in the whole of England (in 1961) told him he could never stop this treatment, on no account. The medication was free on the NHS at that time, but when he and I moved from England to France, he then had to pay. So yeah, I do remember it wasn't cheap. 
I so detest that just because of lack of funds, we can't make the informed choices which would change our lives entirely.
