This is the 4th time in 6 weeks.
I'm really hurting myself.
I think the cement floor had a little water from sink where I wash my hands. My flip flops are kinda slick. Boom down I went in front of toilet.
3 weeks ago I fell down on the cement stairs and cracked my head hard. I was holding my cat on my shoulder with one hand.
Now I don't carry anything going up and down stairs. Use a backpack.
I fell going up stairs carrying water bottles.
Hurt my knee bad.
I think it's a balance issue. Or not picking up my feet. Or slipping in the rain.
Do you fall or slip? Could temazepam cause this I wonder?
