I went to my squads xmas party and felt very uncomfortable. First the sight of everyone with their loved one made me so sad that I was there alone. Then went to salad bar and looked at myself and couldn't stand it. Then my anxiety shot up. I wasn't having a good time and felt very self conscious. I snuck out and drove home. Now I'm sad and teary. Can't get a girl can't lose weight. I'm so ashamed of myself and thought I was doing good trying to take care of myself.
