It's 2:35am and I'm still awake. About 2 hours ago I was crying and depressed and unable to sleep. Now I'm agitated, can't stop moving, I'm tossing and turning, jittery, etc. My head is pounding and I feel like I'm having a slight panic attack. I need to just fall asleep because my kids are gonna be up at 7am ish. Tomorrow is gonna suck.
