I read anxiey stories and many people said that as they grew older, they had less anxiety, they went to therapy and found coping skills, they understood their issue. But I think the anxiety doesn't automatically gets better, like one day you wake up at 30 years old and say "I don't feel anxious anymore!". The anxiety gets better because year after year, you go to different therapists, you find many coping skills, you expose yourself to situations. In this way you can collect a bunch of tools that can decrease anxiety as time passes.
