I find it's the basic things that really seem to make a difference for me too.

I had Sunday off (first in 4 months) and went for a run through a woodland area, it was muddy, crisp and fresh - felt so good. A passing cocker spaniel got excited and jumped up at me covering me in mud, an adorable dog - owner was so apologetic but she had no idea how much it made my day.

Camping sounds fun, I've never done that - you have given me an idea for next summer.
