I have an overactive bladder thanks to meds. I feel your pain. I have to wear diapers some days because the urges are too frequent and come out of no where. I have seen my PCP and my psych and neither one wants to contribute it to meds but something nerve related, however it didn't start until I was on the abilify injection. I have since stopped the injection but my bladder is the same. ugh.
