Yip. This was certainly my experience. But to me it's normal. Healing is a fluid, ever changing process. Your needs change all the time. Something that worked for you a month ago doesn't work now, and you may also need to do several different things at the same time. That's why I never believed in the effectiveness of a long-term therapy with one particular therapist. They do expire..and that, to me, is a good thing.
