You get a bed- private or roommate. Everyday you get fed 3 squares and your meds- even non-psych meds. They take your vitals. You see the psychiatrist- maybe more than one. You go to groups which are various classes from about 9 to 4. And they like you to stay out of your room as much as possible. There are TVs you can watch during free time too. Some places have computers with internet too. Some people get taken down for ECT.

How long they keep you depends on your Pdoc there in the hospital. Sometimes 3 days sometimes 30.
