Or even babysitting? That way you can enjoy children and then send them home, like grandparents can do.
I work with children but it's not the same as being able to have one of your own with the right partner that you love. I just think until you've never had children and can't have children it's hard to relate. My friends with kids cannot relate to my pain. It's not that their intentions are bad, you just don't know what you don't have until you realize you can never have it. I don't think I ever could anticipate how much this would spiral me into a deep depression but once I found out from doctors that there is no way I will ever be able to have a child of my own and that door is permanently closed it I feel like a part of me has died.
