There was a small study that showed that "California Rocket Fuel" was as effective as Parnate, but more tolerable (and safer). Effexor+remeron.

I hope things work out for you. Did your doctor prescribe anything to help you simmer down as you start the Parnate? Back in the day, doctors would use the old school antipsychotics/tranquilizers.

I don't know what to tell you about the hair loss. I'm male and had the hormon-driven hair loss plus some drug induced stuff. Mine got better with high dose b-complex, vitamin C, and vitamin E, plus a ton of biotin in the mix. I also take green tea extract and black tea extract, which seem to help.
