Is the porn induced erectile dysfunction real? There seems to be no scientific evidence in the form of peer reviewed original research, although there are a few sites centered around the issue with many men claiming to have this problem. Porn induced erectile dysfunction is said to be the phenomenon of men unable to achieve or maintain an erection during real sex due to possibly frequent and heavy viewing of and/or masturbating to pornography. This consumption of porn which may have gone on for many years in a man's life desensitizes them towards sex, and requires them to view more and more graphic pornography in order to achieve and maintain an erection. If porn induced erectile dysfunction is legitimate then what would be the treatment?
