You know what helps me? I have a workbook I bought on Amazon called "The Bipolar Workbook" (I have the type 2 workbook) that I read through. I always go back to it and practice the excersises when I'm feeling way too high or low. Take a look at it online... maybe it will help you learn how to stop the circle you're talking about before it starts?
