Plus the simple process of aging can contribute to these sorts of problems as well. Under any circumstances, I'm not aware of any specific treatments that are available except for ED med's, of course.

Thank you for your warm welcome. I don't have any shame or guilt and I'm 28 and am completely healthy. I eat healthy and exercise, and have morning erections and other erections which seems to eliminate any physical cause of ED.
I thought I'd have the psychological causes for ED. The psychological causes for ED include anxiety, depression, performance anxiety, low self esteem, etc... I do have probably performance anxiety, anxiety over my size (which is an average size), anxiety over maintaining an erection, and probably body image anxiety although my body is also pretty healthy. I didn't think any of those issues affected me since I still take a long time to get an erection even when I'm by myself and completely calm. I felt its plausible it could be porn because maybe now I require more and more graphic visual stimuli to become erect due to desensitization towards sex. Seems plausible and there are others who believe this but there isn't scientific evidence. This upsets me greatly that there isn't more reliable info on this. There have only been some studies and they show there is no link between porn and ED but I'm not convinced.
