From your post I gather that she is not your "co-worker" but your boss! If not your boss at present, she is aiming to be in the near future.
It is up to you whether you have ambition to advance or be satisfied with where you are now. Diplomacy and discression is the the order of the day.
Generally indifference to her behaviour is the best for you.
