The only thing I do is let myself have my down day, I'm depressed and down on myself and tell myself it's ok to have this day then I get myself up the next day and get showered and go to work, it's not easy and it's taken me some time to get to this. I have to get myself up when the alarm goes off, if I give myself time to think I'll go to that bad place and stay in bed. Mornings are the worst for me...for some it's later in the day that's the struggle. I'm sorry your going through this but I totally understand. Hugs to you
