Is agitation one of your (hypo)mania, mixed, or depression triggers?

Ever since I was diagnosed and made aware of (hypo)mania, I've struggled a lot with identifying my hypomania triggers. Well, I think I've finally figured out one of these triggers!

It seems that extreme, persistent agitation results in a loss of sleep, which in turn triggers my hypomania. So while agitation is not a direct trigger, it is the root of the problem.

Basically, I tend to get really agitated/antsy from sitting in the same spot all the time. I also get agitated when I'm trying to work on something for a long time, but I'm unable to make progress because of my concentration issues. Since at work I'm sitting in the same spot for 8 hours and I can't concentrate, I tend to get really agitated. I think that's why I tend to work better at home, and why my current episode started.
