Anxiolytics.
It's psychological even if it's based on psychoticism/psychosis and you should learn to live with it while solving any underlying problems (not anxiety, which is more like circular; you may need meds for those underlying problems).

Of course the psychological, living-with-it part you don't have to do alone.
