Do you like tea? If you can find a tea you like you can brew a big batch and only add enough sugar to sweeten without as much as sodas have. Or you can use stevia to sweeten. I love peppermint, chai and sweet and spicy tea. I love it warmed or chilled. Chilled peppermint tea is soothing to the tummy and refreshing when served hot or cold. My tummy has been bad so I've been drinking it frequently today. Good luck on making healthier choices.
