Wow - your thyroid Dr. sounds really out of it. Hope you can see someone new soon. And good luck with the dietitian. I've found seeing one really helpful.
Well I finally got up the nerve to step on the scale. My room mate moved back in (long story), and brought back the scale. I only gained 2 lbs, so I'm up to 189. Happy I'm still under 190.
I'm going to let the diet slide a little, until the new year, although I won't go crazy. Then I'll get back on track with being strict with myself.
