Periodically I find myself telling new members about the quizzes available here on PC. (It's the 4th tab from the left under the Psych Central logo, if you're looking.) I wanted to give them an extra plug . If you're signed in, you can save your scores and track them over time, which, if you're anything like me, beats taking a paper-and-pencil quiz and maybe (but probably not) writing down how you did, when you took it, etc.

If you take whatever quiz is relevant to you regularly -- I aim for weekly -- you can see patterns that come in very handy for pdoc and T appointments. I am bringing this up because it is 10:17 pm, I put in extra hours at work, I have not had a drop of caffeine today, and I'm still wired enough to do jumping jacks in my living room. Turns out it's been like that for a while longer than I thought, and I have hard data with which to phone pdoc tomorrow and say "More Seroquel, please!"

Best of all, everything is free and your scores here are safe and secure -- nobody can get to them except you. I have mine saved since I joined, I think -- sometimes it's interesting to hop in the Wayback Machine and see what progress I've made (or haven't!).

Of all the nifty features of PC, this is one of the niftiest! Just thought more folks should know about it.
