I have OCD and it's complete hell. The treatment for OCD is high dose SSRIs... instant mania for me. I basically only have therapy, and even then only when the bipolar is stable enough for that. I'm trying out a new med right now - modafinil - and it's making my OCD even worse. So frustrating!
