I was given a low dose anti p when I was younger but they didn't force me to take it and never explained why so I didn't. Then no one thought I had psychosis so I was on loads of antidepressants for years. Then I went into hospital for the 3rd time but this time I was massively psychotic and I was open about it so they gave me anti ps, which I refused to take so they sectioned me and I had to take them. When I left I stopped taking them so ended up in hospital like a month later. Then they put me on a depot which I fought against on and off for a couple of years. Ended up in hospital and sectioned again and they gave me a chance with oral meds. I took them because o had to or I couldn't leave. Stopped them again. Back on them for a short time now. I have a major history of "non compliance", though I don't see it like that because why should I have to "comply" with what someone else says, why should I do what they say and go against what I think.
