I have been there I know what that can feel like. But one year is a big accomplishment! One you can be proud of. Maybe you could try to focus on how long you did make it rather than focusing on giving in to the urge which happens to everyone. You have a brilliant job just focus on that and maybe you won't fall into a thought trap.
