I recently got into practicing yoga and I've found that it does wonders for my mind. It's helped me relax every time. I follow along with videos on youtube while I practice. Has anyone else tried this? I really recommend it for help keeping intense emotions under control since it utilizes mindfulness, which a lot of us know is a core part of DBT. I find it easier than meditation since it's more active and still produces a similar effect.
