Do you ever have a migraine without the headache?

The general hypersensitivity/-vigilance and sensitivity to light, the nausea and the seeing colours (possibly) is the same, but there's no real (physical) pain.

It's a bit like akathesia, but including all other things typical of migraines.

It's only marginally better than a "full", painful migraine. It's just as if the pain is there, you just don't feel it.

If so, is your experience any different or the same?

It's interesting because you can think and observe a bit more clearly and the similarity to a dopamine(-signalling) deficiency like akathisia and the overlap in people having migraines and BP makes it all the more interesting.
