Being put under any kind of pressure, for example I am completely unable to hold down a job because small things get on top of me so much that I start having breakdowns when I get home from work. Difficulties in my relationship can cause me to become extremely paranoid and delusional which is very distressing, stress and of course when I stop taking my meds.
