So sometimes I submit things into Crime Stoppers, knowing someone or a place is doing something illegal. I don't do this all the time. I do have question about something...

What if I knew about things or people that I haven't reported but want to? In terms of not a huge crime but more of the cash reward? In a sense I am helping the community deal with illegal, dangerous, or other things to make it safer? Is it bad that I know so much and I am happy submitting these things to them anonymously hoping to receive a cash reward in the end? Even if they were somewhat in my life or known them personally or something?

There is this person/place that I really don't like and I know X amount of information about it knowing it's illegal and I want a reward from it, is that bad?

Is this a bad way of getting revenge if that is what it's called?
