just normal way ... but I find as I age and take these meds that once a month seems to be plenty for me ... get an urge but can only reach partial size ... need a short bit of porn to finish ... not very satisfying but does seem to relieve whatever I am feeling ... I forsee in near future no longer having any urges ...
