Remembering meds is really important and maybe your parents can help you a bit with that struggle. Then, just take it step by step. If you keep working at it, there's a high possibility you'll be able to get a home and support yourself, again. Every now and then, a "setback" is an opportunity to improve upon ourselves and become the person we believe possible, or even better. This time, you could use it to master being in charge of your life, where you illness will have little effect. Once you achieve that, the world is yours to concur.
