You need to be completely honest about everything, from your alcohol use, to pot, to problems with benzos, etc. They can't make a clear assessment of your diagnosis or treatment if they aren't working with all the information. When it comes to meds, it all matters, and you will need to give meds a month or so minimum if very consistent use to really know if they work.
