I'm working my way up to 400mg. I'm at 350 right now.
For me personally, I saw a great improvement going from 200 to 300. I mean, I used to be extremely aggressive and angry all the time. Then the anger and aggression subsided once I reached 300.
So I do think there can be a great clinical benefit depending on the person. It kinda depends on your symptoms, though.
The main reason I'm upping my dose *now* is that I had a recent hypomanic episode and we are trying to prevent those from occurring the best we can.
