Why not just stop for a bit..give yourself permission to not have to think about all the bad stuff you are feeling in life? Even if you can only do this for an hour...try. Be in the moment ONLY... where you are safe, not thirsty not hungry... and doing something you feel ok doing.. even if that's just reading or watching the birds outside.
Take each hour as you can... in the moment...mindful of what is happening just now...only now only right now.. all that other stuff isn't ...and on some days, at some hours..there is nothing you can do about some things (like if it means dealing with the bank, they're closed. etc.)
Rest.
