Do you have a Central AA office in your area where you could check out the Hazelden guides/workbooks? They're also available online...along with extensive meditation & reading materials. I would never imply any of the forementioned are stand alone sources; they are, however, in my opinion, valuable assets used at meetings in & around my city. The metro area has approximately 150,000 people & Central AA's website lists over 300 meetings per week. We're very fortunate.
