Picked up a script for pain killers from Rheumatologist. Cleaned up leaves in my mini garden out the front of my flat. Caught up with a friend I haven't seen for a few months and cleaned my bathroom. It is now 5.20pm and I plan to relax for the night. It has been a good productive day.
