Would the benefits you might actually use or receive keep you from having to already be spending anything close to $65.00 in the absence of the benefit package? If spending $65.00 would even come close to reducing your current expenditures by that amount or possibly even more, it might be a good idea. But if it might be like paying for a book of cost-cutting coupons you might never really need to use, then maybe not.
