It's not a problem to take any of your list of meds on a different schedule, since they have long half-lives and will still be in your system long enough for you to ride it out. The only one which could cause a difference is the Seroquel due to its immediate sedative properties. If I were you, I would ignore the time difference and just take them on your normal schedule local time.
