Have you always had the same hobbies or interests and which are those, if I may ask?
Do you like or do a lot of abstract thinking (to the point where you might not make much sense)? Do you value proof? Do you like music?
I think all of us have more difficulties with relationships (and marriages) than many, at times. Why things don't work out might differ and could be (but doesn't necessarily have to be) important to get to the root of the problem.

Mania kills cells. Brain cells die. Memories become more reduced conceptually, making more efficient use of limited means. Memories shape our reality. Our memories are more or less split in two by abstractions, conceptual reductions. Mood states with memories, concepts, attached. Memories of pain and those of joy. It causes instability, changeability. Fearing that will leave an emptiness between pain and joy and a greater divide.
