Ocular migraines? The aura, the sick feeling, the exhaustion? I used to get them semi-regularly between 6-7 pm. Sometimes around 1 pm. No idea why. I haven't had one in a very long time. Occasionally I feel like I'm fighting one off. I think it's the Lamictal keeping them at bay.
