You know, Tylenol is not an anti-inflammatory. It's an anti-pyretic and pain reliever. True anti-inflammatories are aspirin, ibuprofen, naproxen. Until my orthopedic surgeon stops them and/or sends me to a pain management specialist, I take percocet, 10/325 (oxycodone/acetaminophen, lumbar fusion). Occasionally I rotate in one of the anti-inflammatories.
