I am extremely exhausted and calm.

Today in the Drs office..my blood pressure was sky high (so high he asked me to contact my GP because this is the 2nd time he said).

I have been super out of my mind since June when my Lorazepam was changed from 3 pills a day to 1. Not able to sleep, angry, irritable...and they all say I had "mania".

Today, I got a new drug for moods and 3 Lorazepam BACK.

I feel so relieved...drained...tired...and KNOW I will sleep tonight. I have been so much more pleasent in the last 3 hours and so much is going on in my life...and everything is ...ok right now.

So is mania sometimes based on a circumstance vs a state of mind that just appears out of nowhere?
