I have ways of coping.
Examples:
I color my mandalas.
I keep active.
I go to the gym once a day.
I neutralize my thoughts.
I give myself positive affirmations.
I focus on things around me and try not to think.
Does anyone have any other ideas of things I could do? The things I do are working only mildly, so I think I need to do some more. The ones that work the best are staying active, going to the gym, coloring, and neutralizing my thoughts. Especially neutralizing my thoughts. Thank you therapist!
